Lying in the heart of Eastern Europe and easily accessible from the West, Hungary is a great introduction to the eastern side of Europe. With the magical sights of Budapest lying across the Danube, the vineyards in the north around Eger, the colourful countryside and dress, and spicy food (flavoured with paprika of course), there is plenty to attract the visitor.
