What trips do you enjoy planning most?

I especially enjoy planning Argentina trips that combine different landscapes and experiences—Buenos Aires, wine country, Iguazú and Patagonia are some of my favorites. I love creating journeys where travelers can experience Argentina beyond the highlights, balancing iconic places with local food, culture, nature and time to simply enjoy each destination.

What kind of traveler are you the best fit for and who may not be?

I’m a great fit for curious travelers who want to experience Argentina in depth but don’t want to worry about the logistics. I work especially well with travelers who appreciate local food and wine, nature, culture and a well-paced itinerary. I may be less suited to someone who wants to rush through many destinations or follow a completely fixed, one-size-fits-all itinerary.

What’s your ideal 7–10 day route and why?

For a first 7–10 day trip, I love Buenos Aires + Mendoza + Iguazú. It gives travelers three very different sides of Argentina: the energy and culture of Buenos Aires, the wine and landscapes of Mendoza, and the incredible nature of Iguazú Falls. It’s a great introduction without trying to fit the entire country into one trip.

What do travelers most often change in your first proposal?

The most common changes are usually about pace: adding an extra night somewhere they really love, reducing the number of activities, or choosing between more guided and more independent time. Once travelers see the first proposal, they often realize what they want to prioritize. I use that feedback to make the itinerary feel truly theirs.

Which regions do you love combining and which do you avoid?

I love combining Buenos Aires with Mendoza, Iguazú or Patagonia because each adds something completely different. I also enjoy pairing Salta and Jujuy with Buenos Aires for travelers looking for culture and landscapes beyond the classic route. I avoid combining too many distant regions in a short trip—Argentina is huge, and I prefer quality over simply collecting destinations.

What’s a common first-time visitor mistake and how do you prevent it?

Accepted Answer

The biggest mistake is underestimating Argentina’s size. Travelers often try to include Buenos Aires, Patagonia, Iguazú, Mendoza and the Northwest in one trip. I help prevent this by prioritizing what they genuinely want to experience, checking flight connections carefully and building realistic travel days. A well-paced itinerary is much more enjoyable than constantly moving between destinations.

What are 3 local experiences most visitors miss?

I love encouraging travelers to experience an authentic Argentine asado, spend an afternoon exploring Buenos Aires through its neighborhood cafés and markets, and go beyond a traditional winery visit in Mendoza by connecting wine with local food and the surrounding landscapes. These experiences often give travelers a much better feel for everyday Argentina than sightseeing alone.

When do you recommend slowing down and what would that day look like?

Accepted Answer

I especially recommend slowing down in Mendoza and Patagonia. In Mendoza, that could mean a late breakfast, a relaxed winery lunch and time to enjoy the scenery without rushing between wineries. In Patagonia, it might mean a shorter hike, a scenic drive and a quiet afternoon at the hotel. Argentina is a destination where leaving some unplanned time can be part of the experience.
