Often brightly coloured with embroidery, the highest quality saris are made from silk. Jewellery is also worn in various forms; each piece is said to aid the body in some way. We are still talking about what a great trip we had in India. We missed nothing and we experienced almost every nuance of the Indian culture and the unique itinerary was perfect! Our agent in India has arranged all the trains and places in sequence - We had an excellent experience – all hotels were excellent, clean, comfortable and cool with the helpful staff. The food was so amazing and of different variety at all places during our trip. The Indian culture is so efficient, mannerly, and safe. Our Leader was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Every part of the itinerary in India was enjoyable. We visited historical places, most beautiful Taj Mahal of Agra, enjoyed Safari at Ranthambore National Park, Fascinating city of Varanasi with evening candle Aarti ceremony and the morning boat ride at Ganges was the main highlight of this tour. We miss India a lot and look forward to visit again this beautiful country.
