About this photo

Victoria Falls, which straddles the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, has to be one  of the greatest attractions on any trip to Africa. Weather-wise, the best time to see the Victoria Falls is in May but it can be visited year round. It’s a truly incredible experience with the thunderous roar of the water as it cascades down.

There's nothing quite like your first sight of the falls and the feeling of the power of nature here. Exploring the falls is included on our Cape Peninsula to Victoria Falls trip and with day tours running throughout the morning and afternoon. Tourists are taken through the rainforest by a guide, who shares local knowledge on the wonderful flora and fauna along the route, as well as a little background history to the Falls.

Raincoats can be provided when necessary!
