1. Equinox

Climb high to the 70th floor of The Stamford for a buffet lunch served alongside floor-to-ceiling views across Marina Bay, the Singapore Strait and – on a clear day – all the way to Indonesia. Choose between the full buffet lunch (selecting from fresh seafood, individually-prepared appetisers, roasted meats, cheese, fruits and an array of desserts) or the semi-buffet lunch, dining on appetisers and sweets from the buffet while enjoying a freshly-prepared main.


2. Sky on 57

Located at the top of the Marina Bay Sands complex in the Skypark, Sky on 57 has a clean, crisp, modern interior created by black leather furnishings, steel decor, white walls, with glass and wood features dotted throughout. The interior complements the classic French cuisine adapted to incorporate an Asian Influence; suckling pig is mixed with a yuzu pepper sauce, while duck is added to a classic truffle pasta. 

Soak up views over the Singapore Strait, across the city and of the ultra-modern, almost alien, structures of Supertree Grove in Gardens by the Bay, which sparkle at night in Avatar-like lighting.


3. Spuds & Aprons

Take the cable car to the top of Faber Peak and dine in this American-style restaurant. Indulge in ribs, chicken wings, cheesy fries and a selection of ice cream desserts – order the Banana Heaven for an indulgent twist on the classic banana split. Secondary rainforest grows over Mount Faber and surrounds the restaurant giving a lush green landscape to accompany your meal. Eat in the air conditioned restaurant or dine al fresco on the Garden Terrace, either offers views of the cable car route and over the water to Sentosa Island.


4. Zafferano

Perched on level 43, this restaurant has views over the Singapore River, across Marina Bay over to the Marina Bay Sands complex and beyond to the Singapore Strait. Modern, sleek European-style furniture complements the food and feel of this Italian restaurant. Large grey booths line the sides of the room with a circular bar sitting centrally. The rooftop lounge is furnished with slatted wooden tables and elongated trees, giving the ambience of a garden patio – only this one comes with an incredible view. Typical Italian flavours are featured in the dishes (from octopus to sun dried tomatoes and truffles), with the classic desserts of tiramisu and pannacotta available too.

5. Supertree by IndoChine

Artificial trees stand between 25- and 50-metres tall in Gardens by the Bay. At the top of one of these surreal structures, you'll find Supertree by IndoChine, a restaurant serving Indochinese, western fusion cuisine. The menu is designed around health conscious ideals and includes largely organic ingredients, predominately made up of seafood dishes. They also offer a variety of vegetarian options. Sharing portions encourage social dining with a selection of small plates and sharing platters to choose from – perfect if you are struggling to pick one dish. There is a treetop bar that also serves tapas and platters alongside classic cocktails.

6. Cé La Vi

To taste traditional Asian cuisine alongside a beautiful view, visit Cé La Vi in the Marina Bay Sands complex. Select from small snacks, raw dishes, hot dishes and sides; the typical Asian menu structure allows diners to choose a selection of plates. They even offer a tasting dessert platter for a selection of sweet treats to try after your mains. 

Cé La Vi and the accompanying terrace bar overlook the Singapore strait, Marina Bay and Singapore’s waterfront skyline, which reflects on the water's surface after sundown.


7. Stellar

White lights swirl among sheets, draped liked waves over the cream and steel interior of this ultra-modern restaurant, which serves Australian cuisine in set menus with three, six or eight courses. The rooftop gallery attached to this restaurant is the highest al fresco bar in the world and presents a jaw-dropping 360° view of Singapore, highlighting the city lights over Marina Bay, the Singapore River and the Singapore Strait. It also serves elaborately decorated cocktails with live music playing in the background.
